With metal knife-edge bearings and optional extra rider weight, for use with heavier cartridges, this 12” SME is in full working order and nice physical condition (see close-up pictures).
The bearings and arm geometry are all fine, full signal continuity from head-shell tags to RCA plugs and a new set of bed-plate rubber grommets just fitted.
This comes in its original carton, with raised logo SME headshell, 4 x bed-plate fixing screws, finger-lift, a 48-Piece set of non-magnetic nylon cartridge mounting nuts, bolts and washers, along with Allen key and original SME signal cable.
The user manual is a print-out copy from our archives. Also supplied will be full size copies of the mounting template and alignment protractor.
