Vintage ‘Discrete’ design, so no nasty chips or IC’s. This classic 1970’s Marantz ‘Made in Sun Valley, California’ amplifier has just had a basic service, with switches and pots cleaned - so no nasty crackles. Tested for around 2 hours, this little beauty is in full and glorious working order. Physical condition is really excellent and it comes packed in its original double-box shipping carton.

The Marantz 1060 is a stereo console amplifier featuring three line inputs, one phono input and a tape loop. The amplifier section is split into pre and power sections which can split for use with an external processor. The unit has two sets of switchable sockets for main/remote speakers.
