A rare find. This fantastic machine is in excellent condition - the pride and joy of its original owner. Tested, checked, cleaned tape path and everything works exactly as it should. The only thing to mention is a tiny blemish on one rear edge (picture 21).
This comes with 1 x full and 1 x empty Maxell 10.5 inch tape spool, original pair of Akai microphones and original user manual. If you’re feeling cheeky, it also comes with its original guarantee card.
Glass/Crystal heads, so these will still be fine when the next ice age hits.
The last two pictures are from the 1976 Hi-Fi Year Book and refer to the 600D and 600DB (DB is with Dolby).
