This incredible Transcriptor turntable is in fabulous physical condition. Our tech-guy has just had the pleasure of giving this a full check-out to ensure that it is also in full working order.

The Transcriber is constructed from aluminium and stainless components, housed in a clear toughened glass case, with all glass edges ground. The unit features a main bearing of thin section, ground and polished stainless steel running into teflon bushes, and onto a tungsten thrust pad. The platter of the Transcriber is of heavy construction, driven by two 24-pole AC synchronous motors via a neoprene belt. The turntable is supplied fitted with a Transcriptor Micro-tracer tonearm, a jewelled unipivot arm with fluid damping.

This is very heavy and very delicate so shipping will not be an option. However, we will be prepared to deliver this in person and free of charge within 150 miles of CR3 5UF. This can also include personal delivery to the "French ports of Calais or Le Havre *(*but please add £100 for the ferry). We’ve done this before".
