You already know just how good these are so we won’t be boring you with any long-winded essay.

Containing original Tannoy 10 inch Monitor Gold Dual Concentric drivers with the more desirable fibre surrounds (see picture 15), these wonderful loudspeakers are in full & glorious working order - original and unmolested from new.

You can see that the serial numbers of the Monitor Gold chassis match the serial numbers on the paper labels and serial numbers stamped on the rear of the cabinets.

Dating from the early 70’s, physical condition is good and solid, with a few little blemishes in line with their age (see close-up pictures). The original Lightning badges are present and both grille cloths are original and in very nice condition, with just one tiny little area of blemish shown in picture 3 – but you have to look quite close to spot this and be pretty fussy for it to put you off.
