Full working order and excellent physical condition (see close-up pictures). Arm bearings and geometry are all spot-on, full signal continuity from head-shell tags to RCA output plugS and the dashpot (arm lowering mechanism) operates smooth & slow.

Of the fixed head-shell 3009 SME say:- "The fixed head-shell is the purer design with the lowest possible mass - only 5.5 grams…. offering a significant improvement in trackability and all round definition plus cleaner bass and low sensitivity to external shock and feedback”

This comes with original SME signal cable, 4 x bed-plate fixing screws, a set of cartridge mounting nuts & bolts and original SME finger-lift. It also comes with a print-out copy of the original user manual and exact size copies of the mounting template and alignment protractor.
