Detachable head-shell, knife-edge bearings

Having just had new elastic coupling and new bed-plate rubber grommets fitted, here is a beautiful SME 3009 in full working order and really excellent physical condition (see close-up pictures).

The bearings and geometry are all perfect, the dashpot (arm lowering mechanism) operates smooth and slow and full signal continuity from head-shell tags to gold RCA plugs.

This comes with original user manual, original SME bed-plate fixing screws and original finger-lift. It also comes with its optional additional rider weight (for use with heavier cartridges), a set of cartridge fixing nuts, bolts & spacers and original SME signal cable, which is terminated with gold RCA plugs. We will also supply exact size copies of the original alignment protractor and mounting template.
