Here is a beautiful example of the classic Quad FM4 tuner. This FM4 is in full working order and excellent physical condition (see close-up pictures). Picture 5 was taken while just using a short length of speaker wire as an improvised aerial.

USA and Canada use a different FM de-emphasis than Europe (50u sec EU / 75u sec USA & Canada). There is a very simple modification to make for USA & Canada. This involves inserting two small capacitors onto the underside of the circuit board and is clearly explained in the user manual.

Currently operating on 200 to 240 volts mains. Converting to 100 to 127 volts is a simple job which we can carry out prior to shipping and free of charge.

This will be supplied to its new owner with mains cable and a pair of gold RCA (phono) signal output cables. We do have a copy of the user manual as a PDF on our computer which we will be happy to email to the new owner on request.
