Pioneer SX-550

1970’s Vintage Tuner Amp

This classic 1970’s ‘Made in Japan’ receiver has had pots & switches cleaned and is in full and perfect working order. Smooth, sweet, crackle-free and with all illumination bulbs working. Picture 4 was taken while just using a length of speaker wire as an improvised aerial.

Physical condition of the actual receiver is quite nice, but the removable side-panels are pretty rough and could do with re-finishing (see close-up pictures). This is reflected in the price.
