Boxed and in beautiful condition, these vintage 1960’s loudspeakers were designed & built by the original HJ Leak Co., before the brand name was taken over by Rank.

These are all original, unmolested and in full and glorious working order. I had forgotten just how nice these little monitors sound. In fact, listening to these confirms how modern, mass produced designs have sadly evolved into over-hyped ‘Emperors New Clothes’.

They might be classed as bookshelf monitors but these are very well constructed and weighing 10kg’s each, are considerably heavier than you might assume.

These come with their original and very important non-reversible connecting plugs, as seen in picture 12.

The last picture is from our 1966/1967 Hi-Fi Year Book, when these were sold individually as a single enclosure. So, £55 for a pair - a very hefty price tag back in 1967.

These will be double boxed to protect the original cartons.
