This 401 is in full working order and very nice physical condition. Judging by the condition of the underside linkages, along with the fact that the protective film was still in place on the aluminium centre (see pictures 7 & 8), this appears to have had little use from new.

The motor runs smooth & whisper quiet, the bearing is fine, the idler is fine, all three speeds are accurate and stable and all linkages are nice and smooth. On 33 RPM this reaches stable speed in around half a revolution.

This will be supplied to its new owner with full size mounting template and mounting nuts, bolts and washers. The user manual is a print-out from our archives

The motor clamp is present and will be used for safe shipping.

This is currently operating on 220 - 250 volts / 50 cycles. Conversion to 110 - 125 volts is really simple, but 60 cycles operation will require a replacement motor pulley.

If requested we can convert this to 110 - 125 volts prior to shipping (free of charge). If conversion to 60 cycles is required then a replacement 60 cycles motor will be required - usually available from eBay.
