Excellent condition and full working order. The following information was provided by the previous owner:
Crimson Electric 510 preamp. Originally battery powered, but now runs on wall wart. Crimson still in business. This was rebuilt by Crimson designer and proprietor Brian Powell. When it was returned to me the difference was quite astounding, it seemed as though it had been injected with steroids! Moving magnet phono regarded as a bit of a gem by those in the know. Brian can still provide an MC add in board if needed. Brian and his upgrading is perhaps one of the best kept secrets in U K audio. This has the latest update for the circuit board. The selector switch covers all inputs bar one. This extra one was part of the mod. On Off switch has three positions. This now brings in an extra input. Also has better quality knobs fitted.
