1970’s Tuner/Amp

With built-in phono pre-amp and inputs for two record decks, this vintage receiver is in lovely physical condition (see close-up pictures). Switches and pots cleaned and serviced and in full & crackle-free working order. Picture 5 was taken while just using a length of speaker wire as an improvised aerial.

Made in Japan using ‘Discrete’ design (no nasty chips or IC’s), this sounds very nice indeed.

The last picture is from the 1978 Hi-Fi Year Book, when this unit retailed at more than £150 - huge price-tag back in the 70’s
