Wow...! A rare find indeed. This amp was purchased (along with its matching T-101 tuner) by its original owner in the late 1970’s. It was un-packed, looked at, re-packed, stored away and never used.

We unpacked and tested and everything operates exactly as it should. Totally mint condition and in full & glorious working order

Physical condition is perfect all round, in fact when you unpack this you really will think you’re back in the 70’s, you just bought it brand new and you’re trying to find a place to hide the credit card receipt from your spouse.

This comes in its original Accuphase double-box packing carton.

The last picture is from the 1978 Hi-Fi Year Book, when this monster retailed at well over £525 - an eye-watering price ticket all those years ago.

Be warned - at 24kg (packed), this is a real ‘Made in Japan’ shelf-bender
